$200/month (up to a 10 machines)

Examination fee: $25 (waived if any other service is done)

Labor Charges
Repair shop service – $50.00 per hour
House Call – $50.00 per hour (includes drive time)
Spyware/Adware Cleaning – $100.00 flat fee
Reinstall OS – $100.00 flat fee
retrieve information from damaged drive: $50/hour

Parts
I will not provide parts.  They can be purchased by me through retail stores, but the return policy, warranty and anything else falls back on the retailer used, not PC CPR.  You will pay sales tax to the retailer, not PC CPR.

Web Design and Maintenance
Web Design –  $250.00 and up  (depends on complexity of site)
Web Maintenance –  $50.00 per hour

Miscellaneous Charges
Tutoring – 1/2 hour lessons at the above labor charge rates
Networking – Rate to be agreed upon by both parties

DVD / CD Conversion Pricing
DVD – up to 2 hours in length – $30.00/minimum charge per disk
Music CD – up to 70 minutes in length – $30.00/minimum charge per disk

The prices above are provided simply as guidelines.
A visual inspection of the damaged machine is necessary to provide a quote.
A lengthy discussion of what both parties are looking for is necessary before a fee for the creation of a website can be agreed upon.
FREE CURSORY INSPECTION:
$25 for an in-depth inspection including diagnostic runs to determine the problem (You will receive a phone call if such an examination is required)   No other work is done without your prior authorization.
